Job summary

Cosmos Sport SA in Athens is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in the Kolonos office. You will create and maintain brand visuals, develop assets for 360° marketing campaigns, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

The role requires up to 2 years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Collaboration with Marketing and design teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design projects; print design a plus.
• Understanding of digital design, brand identity and marketing needs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience with web layouts, landing pages or CMS platforms.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and strong ownership.
• Passion for design, creativity and visual storytelling.

We are looking for atalented Graphic Designer to join our team! The role isbased in our offices in Athens – Kolonos.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain consistent brand visuals across digital platforms, with occasional adaptations for print materials.
• Develop key visuals and creative assets for 360° marketing campaigns across multiple digital touchpoints.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards
• Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design Manager, Marketing team and other internal stakeholders
• Implement feedback efficiently and manage multiple design tasks in parallel, while working within clear deadlines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools and best practices, especially within the retail/sports industry
• Translate business goals into clear and effective visual design solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design projects. Experience with print design will be considered a plus.
• Understanding of digital design , brand identity & marketing needs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Experience working with web layouts, landing pages or CMS platforms will be considered an asset.
