Job summary

Two Circles, a leading Sports & Entertainment Marketing firm, seeks a Mid-weight Graphic Designer for its Rights Management division in the US (Kansas City). You will craft partnerships campaigns and activation concepts, producing best-in-class materials across print and digital media while collaborating with client teams and affiliates.

The role requires a solid 3+ years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a keen eye for detail within a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Proficiency with Keynote and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Experience setting up materials for print and digital presentations.
• Familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong time management and workflow organization.
• Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.

To date, the European arm of the Rights Management division has secured $1.2bn in sponsorship revenue for their clients. Delivering some of the biggest partnerships in world sport for the likes of NZ Rugby, the ECB, Juventus, Arsenal, and Mercedes Formula 1. The Rights Management team is supported by a 60 strong team of creative, strategy, insight & ops professionals (24 of which are creatives).

Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our Rights Management division in the US, Kansas City. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, agile designer with a can-do attitude looking to grow within the sports industry. You will be working closely with the client to bring to life partnership campaigns & activation concepts for various brands and sports properties. Pulling together the best-in-class marketing materials across different mediums from print to digital presentations.

Some of the skills we are looking for:

• A strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• A good understanding of presentation software, Keynote & PowerPoint
• A good understanding of setting up materials for print & digital presentations
• An understanding of After Effects/Premiere Pro
• An ability to work under pressure with right deadlines and quick turnarounds
• Good time management & workflow organization
• Minimum of 3 years experience

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
