Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. invites applications for an experienced Graphic Designer for a 12+ month contract in Buffalo, NY. The role is onsite and focuses on creating live deal collateral, pitch books, and branded client materials using MS Office and Adobe CC.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of admin/operational support experience in a corporate setting, plus a bachelor’s or diploma in Graphic Design and a strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce live deal collateral (pitch books, deal books, covers, templates, infographics) using MS Office and Adobe at intermediate level.
• Assist with production of creative PPT pitch books and provide conceptual and visual design solutions for client materials.
• Ensure materials align with Citi branding standards and coordinate with workflow staff to meet deadlines.
• Handle admin tasks, time tracking, and quality control to support the design team.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Graphic Designer. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Buffalo, NY (Onsite).

Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift M-F anywhere from 8a start to a Noon start
• Produces a variety of live deal collateral (e.g. pitch books, deal books, covers, templates, infographics, etc.) using MS Office and Adobe applications to an intermediate level
• Assists with the production of creative PPT pitch books and offers conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials including motion graphics Traces and produces logos, maps and illustrations
• Ensures all materials produced are correctly branded as per Citi standards and advises clients on the use of the Citi brand Liaises directly with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, job instructions and design requirements
• Completes related admin for department tasks and accurate work billing and job tracking purposes
• Quality Control when required, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks Partners new starters post-training
• Contributes to best production practices through internal initiatives and programs

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Graphic Designing
• Knowledge/Experience: 2-5 years or above of admin/operational support in a corporate, service-oriented environment, ideally in a financial institution – essential Advanced knowledge of industry standard graphic design applications – essential
• Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Intermediate knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional) MapInfo, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition and Blender – an advantage Knowledge of external print processes – desirable
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design with 2-5 years or relevant work experience in a corporate environment with demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through comparable work experience
• Must be able to provide a portfolio / samples of recent work Competencies
