Job summary

inKind is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer in Austin to concept and deliver creative assets across marketing campaigns, social channels, email, and in-store materials. You will partner with marketing and product to ensure brand coherence and drive visual storytelling that resonates with users.

You will evolve brand guidelines, present concepts to stakeholders, and stay ahead of trends and tools including AI-enhanced design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within marketing, advertising, or brand-focused environments.
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and similar design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand, campaign, and digital work.
• Excellent visual, conceptual, and typographic design skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• A curiosity-driven mindset and enthusiasm for exploring new creative technologies - including AI design tools.
