GOTAFE, based in Chicago, seeks a design-oriented candidate with a strong portfolio and US work authorization to join the team. The role involves collaborating with designers, production staff, project managers, and marketing to create compelling branding and marketing materials.

You will support market research, develop visual concepts, and edit templates using Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint, while maintaining organized design files and clear communication with stakeholders.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with designers, production staff, project managers, and marketing professionals to ensure design projects meet clients’ expectations.
• Support market research by gathering inspiration from competitors and presenting findings to the design team.
• Develop visual concepts for branding, campaigns, and marketing materials with the design team.
• Assist in producing print and digital design materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Edit InDesign and PowerPoint templates incorporating stakeholder and client feedback.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and organizing design files.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in visual communications or graphic design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and projects.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Office 365 tools.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts.
• Attention to detail with a critical eye for design quality and consistency.
• Preferred qualifications include interest in brand standards, ability to produce high-quality sketches and mockups quickly, ability to work well under pressure, and willingness to learn new design software.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected compensation: $7,268 to $10,884 per year.
