Job summary

PostNet Syracuse inMount Healthy, OH seeks a design-focused team member to create promotional materials and manage design workflows. You will translate customer requirements into final products, assist with center applications, and support sales and service at the counter.

The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a solid portfolio, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design and page layout skills.
• Professional design portfolio, preferably with business graphics.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional materials: multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters, business cards.
• Manage output, workflow, and production of orders.
• Consult with customers on graphics needs and assist with center applications.
• Train center staff to use applications.
• Support customer service and center operations; assist with sales transactions.
