Job summary

The Spearfish Sasquatch Baseball Club is seeking a graphic design intern for the 2027 season, reporting to the General Manager. This position will work under the direction of the General Manager.

Attend home games, design print media, and collaborate with advertisers while producing posters, programs, and schedules. Housing support is available, along with a $500 stipend. Must be reliable and highly organized with a passion for sports.

Responsibilities

• Attend home games and playoff events as needed.
• Meet deadlines for print media and design tasks.
• Design and collaborate with advertisers on ads.
• Produce game-day programs, pocket schedules, posters and media.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for quality output.
• Collaborate with Social Media Intern for content.
• Assist with pre-game setup and post-game cleanup.
• Work game nights and weekends as required.
• Support team operations and other duties as assigned.
• Represent the organization professionally.

Job Candidate Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation

General Responsibilities

• Attend all 30+ home games and home playoff games if necessary
• Meet and exceed any deadlines for print media
• Design and collaborate with advertisers/sponsors on their paid advertisements
• Produce game day program , pocket schedules, posters and other print media
• Work with printers and other vendors to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with Social Media Intern to produce great content
• Assist with all pre-game set-up and post-game clean up as needed
• Ability to work game nights and weekends in addition to other team functions
• Assist in all aspects of team operations and other duties as assigned by management
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner that represents the organization positively
• Comply with any work-related duties as directed by management
• Exude extreme enthusiasm and positivity with a ‘do whatever it takes’ attitude.
