Job summary

SPS Partners is seeking a Creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join its marketing team. You will design branded content for social media, assist with website updates across multiple properties, and support marketing collateral such as flyers and signage.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed a graphic design degree, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with Canva and WordPress. Hybrid/remote work is possible, with opportunities for mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Canva, WordPress
• Strong visual design skills and a sharp eye for layout, typography, and color
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and current design trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio or examples of past design work required with application
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation are required (minimal travel required)

Responsibilities

• Design branded content for social media, including graphics, story templates, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate on website design and development across multiple properties
• Support the creation of marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, direct mailers, signage, and resident communications
• Assist with brand development and consistency across digital and print assets
• Source and edit photography and videography for digital platforms
• Work cross-functionally with the leasing teams to align messaging and visual identity
• Special projects, administration tasks and organization as needed by marketing department
• Participation in the creation of annual marketing plans
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager

High growth real estate firm and property management company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join its marketing team. This role is ideal for a current student or recent graduate eager to apply their design skills in a dynamic environment. Youll help strengthen SPSs brand identity across our portfolio by producing compelling visual content for various marketing campaigns including social media, email, website design, and branded collateral.
