Job summary

University of North Dakota seeks a part-time, non-benefited graphic design assistant within the Marketing & Communications team. The role is limited to UND students and requires on-campus presence, with no remote option.

You will create diverse marketing materials, prepare artwork for print and digital use, and support print orders while collaborating with staff to research design techniques.

• Assist staff with office tasks as needed (deliveries, printing, assembly).

• $13.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 8-12 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as a member of the Marketing & Communications team assisting with a variety of graphic design tasks, including (but not limited to):

• Create and execute design concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Present design concepts to their supervisor and other marketing staff members.
