Missouri State University’s Ozarks Public Television is seeking a Graphic Design and Events Assistant - Work Study to support branding, promotions, and event materials on the Springfield Campus.
You will design graphics for print and digital channels, assist with fundraising events, and help with audience outreach, while gaining hands-on experience in graphic design, marketing, and nonprofit communications.

Description of Primary Duties
GENERAL FUNCTION
Gain hands-on experience in public media while building practical skills in graphic design, visual storytelling, community engagement, event planning and marketing. This position supports the creation of visually compelling materials that promotes events, programs and initiatives that connect Ozarks Public Television and KSMU Radio with the community.
The Graphic Design and Events Assistant works closely with the Community Engagement and Volunteer Coordinator to support fundraising events, outreach efforts, and audience engagement activities, with a primary focus on designing and producing content across print and digital platforms. Responsibilities include creating promotional graphics, developing visual content for campaigns and communications, assisting with brand consistency, and supporting the distribution of marketing materials. The role also includes assisting with event logistics, outreach efforts, and the OPT Kids Club.
