The internship offers hands-on experience while building a professional portfolio, collaborating with the Graphic Designer & Content Creator, and contributing to campaigns for select events. Term is Sep 8, 2026 – Dec 18, 2026, with 25–30 hours per week in office and pay of $14–$16/hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media marketing, advertising opportunities, and internal branding initiatives.
• Capture behind-the-scenes photography and video at event job sites.
• Create engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer & Content Creator to develop and publish social media content.
• Engage with vendors and clients through inventory features, behind-the-scenes content, and event spotlights.
• Help maintain a consistent and recognizable Crisp Event Rentals brand across digital platforms.
• Learn the process of executing print and graphics projects from concept through installation.
• Gain exposure to the sales and operations side of an event rental company.
• Develop knowledge of Crisp Event Rentals' rental inventory and learn how products can be creatively marketed to prospective clients.
• Assist with photoshoots and vision board development by locating and organizing relevant rental inventory.
• Gain an understanding of how our warehouse and inventory systems support our creative and marketing efforts.

We are looking for a creative, motivated Graphics & Digital Media Intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 semester. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real‑world experience in social media, graphic design, photography, videography, branding, and event marketing while building a professional creative portfolio.

Position Overview

The Graphics & Digital Media Intern will work closely with our Graphic Designer & Content Creator and supporting team members to execute Crisp Event Rentals' digital marketing and branding efforts.

This position is ideal for a creative student or emerging professional who enjoys creating content, working in a fast‑paced environment, and seeing their work come to life in real‑world events and marketing campaigns.

Internship Details

• Term: September 8, 2026 – December 18, 2026
• Hours: 25–30 hours per week, in office
• Compensation: $14–$16/hour, paid bi-weekly, based on experience and skillset
• Event Experience: Attend at least 4 event setups per month
• Content Expectations: Create approximately 3 static social media posts and 2 engaging video reels per week
• Supervisor: Lauren Arabis, Graphic Designer & Content Creator

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content Creation — 60%

• Assist with social media marketing, advertising opportunities, and internal branding initiatives.
• Capture behind-the-scenes photography and video at event job sites.
• Create engaging short‑form video content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer & Content Creator to develop and publish social media content.
• Engage with vendors and clients through inventory features, behind‑the-scenes content, and event spotlights.
• Help maintain a consistent and recognizable Crisp Event Rentals brand across digital platforms.

Print, Design, Sales & Operations — 40%

• Work with our print and graphics team approximately once per week to learn the process of executing projects from concept through installation.
• Gain exposure to the sales and operations side of an event rental company.
• Develop knowledge of Crisp Event Rentals' rental inventory and learn how products can be creatively marketed to prospective clients.
• Assist with photoshoots and vision board development by locating and organizing relevant rental inventory.
• Gain an understanding of how our warehouse and inventory systems support our creative and marketing efforts.
