Healthcare Staffing Professionals is seeking a Graphic Artist / HTML Web Content Specialist to support branding and digital materials. The role is part-time, with three 8-hour days weekly, one in-office day, and immediate start.

Pay rate is $33.13 per hour, with funding through 12/31/26 and potential extension. You will design templates, web content, newsletters, banners, and multimedia while coordinating with the Public Information Specialist.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in-house graphic design and web management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Windows environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a collaborative team.
• Valid California driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative support aligning with the Office of Violence Prevention branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with Public Information Specialist to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Design templates and layouts for flyers, brochures, reports, presentations and multimedia.
• Create digital visuals for web banners, social media graphics and newsletters.
• Serve as acting webmaster with regular content updates.
• Maintain project files in a shared cloud storage system.
• Ensure assets are saved to County-approved shared drives.
