Tundra Technical Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking an AI & Metadata Engineer to design and build AI-enabled metadata extraction capabilities that automate lineage discovery and evidence generation. The AI & Metadata Engineer will design and build AI-enabled metadata extraction capabilities to automate lineage discovery and evidence generation. This role will focus on leveraging AI/LLM technologies to analyze enterprise assets and generate structured metadata and lineage insights.
Develop lineage extraction and inference services.
Implement metadata normalization and enrichment frameworks.
Build confidence scoring and validation mechanisms.
Evaluate AI model performance and extraction quality.
Collaborate with data architects and lineage engineers.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $25.43/hour - $39.73/hour. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
