Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Granulator Operator to support our rubber processing operations. You will load, feed, and granulate materials, manage weighing tasks, and ensure safety and cleanliness on the production floor.

The role requires forklift experience, basic math, and familiarity with processing specifications. You may assist in related mixer and packaging duties and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with processing specifications and safety systems is essential.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and basic measurement tools is needed.
• Ability to operate a forklift and use office software for paperwork and logging.

Responsibilities

• Operate granulator and auxiliary equipment to process rubber products.
• Package finished product into containers by weight using the scale.
• Load mica dust into hopper and monitor related equipment.
• Load granulated stock into tubs per specified weight and set up equipment accordingly.
• Complete production paperwork and SQDC board; assist in other line duties as needed.
• Operate forklift to obtain raw materials and move finished goods; maintain housekeeping.
