Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in pharma/regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a cGMP environment required.
• Experience operating granulation equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, disassemble, clean, and reassemble granulation equipment per approved procedures.
• Perform granulation operations while ensuring batch records, SOPs, cGMP requirements, and safety standards.
• Monitor process parameters and equipment performance to ensure product quality.
• Conduct visual inspections and escalate concerns as needed.
• Ensure cleaning between batches to prevent cross-contamination and maintain compliance.
• Document production activities accurately, including batch records and logs.
• Maintain training compliance on SOPs and work instructions.
