As our Grants Program Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and tracking of grant activities, assisting funders in achieving public health initiatives. You will identify and implement significant operating efficiencies for optimal grant fund utilization, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team for program referrals.
Every day you will manage grant projects, focusing on improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of operations through project work, consultation, training, and reporting. Your expertise will be vital in navigating the complexities of grant program management.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a broad understanding of grant management principles, including organizational management, outcome measurement, and budgetary oversight, coupled with outstanding problem‑solving skills and a strong background in managing complex projects within tight deadlines. You will also serve as the resident expert in your grant program, continuously updating your knowledge through education and networking.
The Grants Program Manager is responsible for the comprehensive administration and oversight of all research grant‑related activities within the organization. This includes the development and submission of competitive grant applications, management of awarded grants, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, and providing support and guidance to investigators throughout the grant lifecycle.
