Qualifications

One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-14 including: recommendations on grant administration; coordinating with external customers to identify participation challenges; researching and improving grant processes; planning, evaluating, and leading projects or teams.

Responsibilities

Make recommendations to higher management officials on issues related to financial assistance awards and grant administration.
Coordinate with external customers to identify the challenges present that make it difficult, expensive, or inefficient to participate in financial assistance award program.
Researching and assisting in improving grants and cooperative agreements processes to streamline the day-to-day processing.
Planning, evaluating, and leading projects or teams, such as assigning work, setting priorities, budgeting, and providing feedback on work assignments.
