Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
  • Three years of experience in contract/project management, accounting or financial administration, and procurement.
  • Strong time management, organization and written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in federal grants management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office, Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Review Local Program expenditures to ensure alignment with award budgets, requirements and policies.
  • Monitor contract/project budgets and assist in budget modifications.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budget reports as required.
  • Perform general accounting and record keeping for various operations and prepare related documents.
  • Log, track and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Assist with grant pre-award activities and closeouts as needed.
  • Assist with agency audit reviews and year-end reconciliations.
