Job summary

Omnitrans, the public mass transit provider for the San Bernardino Valley, is seeking a skilled accounting professional. The candidate will ensure accurate recording of revenue and expenses in areas including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and grants and budgets.

You will work under the Accounting Manager or Budget & Grants Manager, contributing to financial reporting, grant status monitoring, and budget preparation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school.
• Two or more years of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Record revenue and expense transactions accurately.
• Forecast, monitor, and order bus pass inventory.
• Process vendor invoices and reconcile against statements.
