The Stryker Johnston Foundation seeks to hire a full-time Resource and Relationship Partner to join our small, close-knit team in Kalamazoo, MI. They will support the grantmaking program, review proposals, and help ensure equity and effectiveness in funding decisions.

Responsibilities include developing funding rationales, maintaining relationships with grant partners, and gathering feedback to improve processes and learning across the organization.

• Review and evaluate proposals, develop funding recommendations and rationales.
• Develop/maintain relationships with grant partners and conduct end-of-grant reflections.
