Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft proposals to funders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and screen potential funding sources (government, corporate, foundation).
• Review opportunities for alignment with CITC's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with department directors to define funding needs and grant strategies.
• Write comprehensive grant proposals to secure new funding.
• Coordinate information from staff and external sources for proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funders to improve success.
