Qualifications

Master’s degree required.
Three (3) years related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work with students, faculty, staff and community partners.

Responsibilities

Support students in need identified through CARE Connections and referrals; build relationships with campus and community partners.
Provide direct and referral services through coordinated programs and resources.
Create a supportive environment that encourages participation, information sharing, and mentoring.
Collaborate with instructional and student development units to assist at-risk students.
Assist with planning and coordinating timelines and activities to ensure tasks are completed.
Evaluate and adapt outreach and intervention strategies for students during pivotal college points.
