University of Louisville School of Nursing is seeking a Project Manager II to direct day-to-day operations of multiple large research projects, primarily at the Brown Cancer Center. This grant-funded role will be compensated based on experience, with target range $61,147–$65,000.

The position involves coordinating study timelines, IRB submissions, data collection, and intervention sessions, with duties spanning office hours and occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Grade 7 (Salaried) is the stated salary grade for this position.
• Experience with human subjects research or IRB processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of multiple large research projects, including timelines, meetings, and data collection with patients, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Prepare IRB submissions/amendments and continuing reviews, and monitor IRB adherence.
• Manage fiduciary tasks including purchasing supplies, ordering printing, and handling fund custodian duties for incentives.
• Coordinate recruitment, intervention scheduling, and data collection, including training intervention staff.
• Disseminate findings through manuscripts, PowerPoints and abstracts.
• Occasional weekend or evening duties and some travel may be required.
