Qualifications

  • Five years' experience working with crime victims, including survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
  • Proven leadership skills for managing attorneys and staff.
  • Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate program personnel.
  • Experience ensuring grant compliance and reporting.
  • Comfort presenting to diverse audiences, including law enforcement and judges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and leadership to the Crime Victims Litigation team in a responsive, professional manner.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff.
  • Mentor and motivate staff through strategic thinking and teamwork.
  • Ensure program compliance with grant requirements, standards, policies, and confidentiality.
  • Assist in grant applications and provide financial and program reporting as requested.
  • Provide legal advice, referrals, and representation in court hearings and administrative proceedings.
