  • Screen new EL students and make classroom recommendations based on data; monitor progress.
  • Administer state and district EL tests and coordinate OELPA scheduling.
  • Connect EL families with community resources.
  • Incorporate technology in classroom lessons.
  • Identify professional development needs aligned with the 90‑day plan.
  • Provide monthly parent orientation for new families and track participation.
