Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to support pediatric survivorship studies and adult onco-primary care transitions. You will coordinate participant scheduling, data collection, and regulatory tasks under PI supervision.

The role emphasizes collaboration with UT Health Houston and other investigators; requires a bachelor’s in a medical/science field and at least two years of clinical research experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in medical or science related field.
• 2 years clinical research experience.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly interacts with clinical research participants, via telephone, telehealth or in-person.
• Coordinates regulatory documentation for research studies, including IRB submissions and reports.
• Screens, recruits, enrolls and follows subjects according to protocol guidelines.
• Maintains and coordinates data collection information required for each study, including CRFs and data tools.
• Assists in developing and implementing research studies, may include writing clinical research protocols.
• Monitors patient safety by reviewing records and ensuring reporting per protocol and HRPP standards.
• May assist the PI on fiscal management of the trial and sponsor reporting.
