Qualifications

• Must have a strong personal Christian commitment and faith in Jesus Christ.
• Understanding of Christian higher education and faith integration in teaching.
• Demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching across general education or interdisciplinary contexts.
• Master's degree required; earned doctorate (Ph.D.) preferred.
• Comfort teaching across Core4 and general education coursework rather than a single department.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with mentoring students.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty and staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Teach across Core4 interdisciplinary curriculum and Forester Foundations general education courses.
• Engage with Academic Affairs and Student Life while focusing on classroom and on-campus student experience.
• Balance teaching responsibilities with involvement in campus life; no advising or committee assignments.
