Columbia University in New York is seeking an Officer of Administration to coordinate research grants and contracts within the Department of Surgery. The role reports to the Grant Manager and supports proposal development, budget setup, and compliance across sponsored projects.
The incumbent will collaborate with Principal Investigators and SPA teams to monitor grant submissions, maintain biosketch accuracy, and ensure timely financial reporting.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The incumbent will be responsible for the research administrative coordination and report directly to the Grant Manager within the Department of Surgery.
