After lunch, you’ll hop into quick, practical conversations with program staff to clarify a charge or confirm backup (no jargon Olympics). The afternoon might include a calm review of month-end progress, a few thoughtful notes for leadership, and a plan for tomorrow—because closing the day with a tidy to-do list is its own kind of joy.
