Job summary

Truist is seeking a qualified Loan Administration professional to manage commercial real estate loan documentation, tax and insurance administration, and related customer service tasks. You will support document administration, new loan setup, and escrow-related activities.

Key duties include imaging and retaining loan documents, paying real estate taxes and insurance premiums, and handling new loan boarding and UCC administration. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment with heavy interaction with borrowers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

  • The imaging and retention of loan documents, front end processing of incoming mail and email through various sources and the administration of line of business (LOB) imaging and workflow systems
  • The paying of real estate tax bills and/or monitoring the payment of real estate tax bills by the borrowers on commercial loans
  • The monitoring and review of property insurance coverages along with the paying of insurance premiums for escrowed loans on commercial loans
  • New loan boarding, release/satisfaction of loan documents, UCC administration and customer service inquiries.

Perform loan administration duties for commercial real estate loans as well as the general enforcement of loan documents on behalf of the lender. Support the functions of Document Administration, New Loan Set-up, Tax and Insurance Administration and Customer Service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • The imaging and retention of loan documents, front end processing of incoming mail and email through various sources and the administration of line of business (LOB) imaging and workflow systems
