Job summary

Fort Bend County is seeking a part-time employee for Grand Jury support, responsible for maintaining secrecy, swearing in witnesses, and ensuring room security. A High School Diploma/GED is required, along with prior law enforcement experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain secrecy of Grand Jury proceedings.
• Swear in witnesses who appear before the Grand Jury.
• Assist with functioning of the Grand Jury as needed.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

60 semester hours from an accredited college/university or two years active duty military experience preferred

Current or Past TCOLE Certification

Firearms Certification preferred
