Job summary

4over in Arlington, TX is seeking a Grand Format Operator I to set up and operate large-format printers, ensuring quality output aligned with customer specs and company policies. The role emphasizes safe operation and adherence to procedures in a climate-controlled plant environment.

Schedule is 1st shift, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM or similar, with 8+ hours per day, five days a week. Salary range $15.00–$17.00 hourly; compensation commensurate with experience. Training may occur at other times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency, preferred.
• 1-2 year’s previous experience working with Grand (Large) Format printing equipment
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: strong skills for machine issues and production challenges.
• Time Management & Efficiency: manage multiple print jobs and deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: ensure color accuracy and print quality.

Responsibilities

• Access Batching System to view schedule and identify priority jobs to be completed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on large format printers to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and help resolve equipment or production issues with basic troubleshooting.
• Review job orders to determine print specifications and ensure production parameters are followed.
• Complete and maintain production logs, maintenance records, and quality checklists.
• Remove waste items for recycling.
• Process paperwork and records as required.
• Regularly perform general housekeeping in work areas.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Attend department/company meetings and report hazards when observed.
