Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts invites you to join the Jekyll Island Club Resort as a Buffet Attendant at the Grand Dining Room. You will set up, stock, and maintain buffet stations, ensuring attractive displays and prompt replenishment to deliver a memorable breakfast and dining experience for guests.

Team collaboration with Culinary and Food & Beverage colleagues, focusing on service excellence, food safety, and guest satisfaction in a signature venue of the resort.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/hotel/F&B experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, able to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift 30–50 lbs.
• Carry trays and serving equipment safely.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Effective communication with guests and staff.
• Available for mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet NHHR background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare buffet stations prior to service.
• Maintain attractive, clean, and fully stocked buffets.
• Monitor food levels and coordinate with Culinary for replenishment.
• Ensure presentation and cleanliness of displays and utensils.
• Greet guests and assist with buffet selections.
• Clear and reset buffet areas during service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist opening/closing duties, including breakdown and cleaning.
• Collaborate with servers and culinary teams to maintain service standards.
• Support high level of service in the Grand Dining Room.
