Job summary

IND Hemp LLC seeks a motivated Operator in Fort Benton, MT to run and monitor grain processing and oilseeds equipment, set up work areas, troubleshoot, and maintain product quality. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years in industry, and the ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment. Expect four 10-hour shifts, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
• 2+ years in grain processing, manufacturing, or agriculture preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and forklifts a plus.
• LOTO and OSHA training a plus.
• Basic understanding of HMIs, computers and math.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow GMP and SOP policies.
• Clean facilities, equipment and machinery.
• Maintain clean work areas, aisles and grounds.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery as needed.
• Ensure equipment functions efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks and collect product samples.
• Load and unload materials; package finished goods.
• Work at heights up to 40 ft and operate heavy/mobile equipment.
