The Grain Operations Supervisor will lead and supervise second-shift employees, assigning work, monitoring performance, and promoting teamwork and accountability. This person will be responsible for maintaining the utmost safety of all persons entering the facilities and assure that all safety policies and procedures are followed at all times. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. The Grain Operations Supervisor will oversee grain receiving, storage, drying, conditioning, handling and loadout activities during the assigned second-shift hours as well as monitor grain quality, condition and inventory through proper aeration, inventory rotation and grain management practices. In addition, this person will monitor facilities and grain handling equipment, coordinate preventative maintenance and conduct routine inspections, training documentation, audits and incident reporting.
