Farm Job Search is seeking a Grain Farm Manager / Farm Equipment Operator for a 4,500+ acre family farm in Southern Indiana. The role requires leadership of crews, independent work, and strong organizational skills, with a focus on safe operation of modern equipment including semis, sprayers, planters and combines.

Knowledge of GPS guidance systems and basic mechanical skills is expected, along with a valid driver's license and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining modern farm equipment such as semi-trucks, sprayers, planters and combines.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of GPS and guidance systems; basic mechanical skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead workers on crop and maintenance projects on a large family farm.

Grain Farm Manager / Farm Equipment Operator (6142)

Location: Indiana

Job Number: 6142

Grain Farm Assistant Manager/Farm Equipment Operator position available on a 4500 plus acre, family farm, mostly No-till in Southern Indiana. Applicant will be required to help lead workers engaged in a variety of crop and maintenance projects. Applicant must be self motivated, able to work independently, well organized and detail oriented with a valid drivers license and a positive attitude. Must have experience operating and maintaining modern farm equipment including: semi-trucks, sprayers, planters and combines. Also, should have knowledge of GPS and guidance systems with some mechanical skills.
