Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in grain handling or related operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a safety-conscious environment.
• Ability to maintain quality and operate/maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading, unloading, and transferring grain for truck, barge, and rail.
• Perform grain receiving, weighing, and grading duties.
• Inspect barges, trucks, and railcars before loading.
• Operate advanced grain handling equipment (dryers, control room, bin sweeps).
• Perform maintenance or fabrication when needed.
• Record documentation accurately and follow safety procedures.
