Farmers Cooperative Elevator is seeking a Grain Elevator Location Manager to oversee safe and efficient operation across one of our seven facilities in Kentucky. You will supervise grain handling, pricing, safety, maintenance, and customer service, with duties including inventory, blending, and loading rail cars as needed.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with OSHA and quality reporting, training staff, and communicating department goals.

Job description

Farmer's Cooperative Elevator is looking to fill a Grain Elevator Location Manager Role. This position will be located in one of our seven facilities depending on location and experience of candidate.
The elevator manager is responsible for safe and efficient operation of the elevator including Grain Handling, Pricing, Safety & Maintenance, Supervision and Service.

• Handle incoming, binned, and outgoing grain
• Blend grains
• Monthly inventory
• Load train cars when needed depending on location
• Sample and place an inspection grade on all incoming and outgoing grain shipments as a basis for accurate pricing

  • Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards

Pay: From $70,000-$100,000 per year depending on location and experience.
