Job summary

Five Star Cooperative in Iowa is seeking an Operations Specialist to support grain and agronomy facilities. You will receive grain, maintain conditions, measure inventory, and operate equipment such as forklifts and loaders while following safety policies.

You will assist other locations, communicate availability, and help with fertilizer and chemical loading, seed handling, and customer service, with a focus on accuracy and cooperation across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grain quality and inventory accuracy.
• Operate equipment such as forklift and loader.
