Job summary

CHS Inc. in Havre, MT is hiring an Agriculture Laborer to support grain and agronomy operations. You will load and unload grain, assist in loading trains, and perform routine maintenance.

You will work with limited supervision, follow safety procedures, and help ensure inventory accuracy. The role offers a chance to grow with one of the largest co-ops in the U.S., with a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
• Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
• Deliver products safely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
• Report safety or customer issues promptly.
• Maintain strong safety culture.
• Perform other assigned duties
