Insight Global is seeking a Grafana Principal Observability Analytics & Visualization Engineer for a top enterprise client. This candidate will serve as the technical leader responsible for transforming telemetry, monitoring, and operational data into meaningful dashboards, KPIs, service-health views, and executive insights. Leveraging expertise in Grafana, observability, analytics, monitoring, and enterprise IT operations, this individual will create and maintain the organization's "single pane of glass" experience across operations and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will design scalable integrations between observability, AIOps, and monitoring ecosystems while delivering actionable visualizations that improve operational awareness, accelerate incident response, and provide leadership with real-time visibility into the health of mission-critical enterprise services.

This position can pay $50-$80/hr based on experience.

• Deep expertise with Grafana and enterprise observability platforms
• Strong background in monitoring, telemetry, and operational analytics
• Experience building executive dashboards, service health views, and KPI reporting
• Expertise in observability data including metrics, logs, traces, and events
• Experience with AIOps, event correlation, and enterprise monitoring ecosystems
• Knowledge of automation, analytics, and enterprise IT operations
• Experience integrating Grafana with monitoring, cloud, infrastructure, and AIOps platforms
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, system integrations, and dashboard performance optimization
• Ability to size and manage data flows between observability and monitoring platforms
• Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical enterprise environments
• Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud services, and platform operations supporting observability solutions
