Job summary

Dordt University is seeking a Graduate Student Assistant Swim Coach to assist the head coach in developing and growing the swim program. Responsibilities include leading swim practices, providing technical instruction, and supporting meet preparation. A Bachelor's degree and admission to the Master's program are required. Candidates must have a commitment to the Reformed perspective and mission of Dordt University, as well as knowledge of swim fundamentals and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of the Reformed mission of Dordt University.
• Active Christian commitment with identification to a local organized church.
• Ability to articulate and communicate Dordt University's mission.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach with daily swim practices under supervision.
• Provide technical instruction in stroke development.
• Support meet preparation and competition management.
