Job summary

SpaceX in Hawthorne, California is seeking a New Graduate Engineer, Software (Application Software) to join the applications software team supporting SpaceX manufacturing and Starlink systems.

You will own challenging problems, develop reliable real-time software, and collaborate with engineers across disciplines to bring fast, high-quality software to production environments. Graduation in 2026 or 2027 is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math or other STEM discipline.
• Experience with C, C++, Python, C# or another OO language (internship acceptable).
• Graduating in the class of 2026 or 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable, real-time software.
• Participate in, and lead, architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Develop prototypes and run experiments to validate concepts.
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to plan product development.
