Woodland Heights Medical Center in East Texas is seeking a Graduate Nurse/RN to join our team. The role focuses on patient-centered care, following the nursing process, and collaborating with physicians to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.

Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
Administers medications and monitors for side effects.
Collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to develop care plans.
Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code events.
Maintains infection control standards and safe environment.
