Job summary

Flow Traders in New York is seeking driven individuals to join our growing Trading team. You will begin with an intensive three-month training program in Amsterdam, where you build a foundation in the firm's core business and trading systems.

After the program, you will join a trading desk in New York, monitor markets, identify opportunities, and contribute directly to your desk’s performance. We require a STEM-related university degree, demonstrable interest in trading and financial markets,

Qualifications

University degree, preferably in a STEM-related field.
Strong interest in trading and global financial markets.
Understanding of financial products.
Excellent mental math, quantitative, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Python.
