We Are Looking For Individuals Who

Hold (or are on track to hold) a university degree by the program start date. This can be a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or another relevant technical or quantitative field.

Some opportunities may require a specific degree level, area of study or technical background. Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.

Qualities that will help your application stand out
  • Building, testing, debugging, analyzing, modeling or improving something technical.
  • Applying programming, hardware, AI/ML, data, simulation or other engineering tools.
  • Solving technical problems and using analysis or data to make decisions.
  • Learning new technologies and adapting to unfamiliar tools or systems.
  • Collaborating with others and communicating technical ideas clearly.

Relevant experience can come from coursework, research, internships, placements, personal projects, open-source contributions or other hands‑on work.

As part of the application, we’ll ask about interests, experience and technologies used. We’ll review those responses alongside the resume to identify Graduate opportunities that align with each candidate’s skills and interests.

We encourage early applications as we review them on a first come/first served basis.

Please note that relocation support is available for this role for domestic moves within the country. Visa sponsorship support is also available for candidates who require it.

In Return

As you develop in role, you’ll have clear opportunities to progress within the salary range at Arm. With mid-year and year-end reviews, you’ll have two formal progression windows each year, recognizing your growth.

You can also attend our “Grad‑teach‑Grads” workshops, guest speaker series, and social events to expand your knowledge. If you’d like to get more involved, you can join the Graduate Committee to further develop your planning, networking, and coordination skills.

You’ll be invited to our Global Graduate Conference (GGC) — an annual event where graduates hear from executive leaders, guest speakers, and build lasting connections.

With many of our leaders and technical specialists having originally joined as a Graduate , will you be next?
