Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our stores in Minnesota. You will apply classroom learning to practice under a licensed pharmacist, following a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap.

You’ll help ensure safe, efficient dispensing and patient care, while developing toward a Pharmacist role within the CVS Health team. Under supervision, you will assist in immunizations, DUR, and patient counseling, and you’ll learn SOPs, quality standards, and store operations to deliver

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate required.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within state guidelines (120 days).
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Maintain patient safety through SOPs and quality assurance practices.
• Provide immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Support telephonic prescriptions and communicate with prescribers when needed.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and participate in ongoing coaching and mentoring.
