Job summary

CVS Health, through its Graduate Pharmacy Intern program, offers hands‑on training to apply didactic knowledge to real-world practice as preparation for becoming a Pharmacist. Under supervision, you will complete a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap covering store, district, and regional operations and patient safety.

As readiness increases, you will support pharmacy operations, counsel patients when appropriate, and participate in immunizations and other services where legally permitted.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Support immunizations and patient services where allowed by law and training.
• Follow SOPs and store policies to protect patient safety and privacy.
• Travel to different stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
