Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our pharmacy team in a part‑time capacity. You will apply your PharmD education in real‑world settings, work under a preceptor, and complete a 120‑day training roadmap to deepen clinical and operational knowledge.

Responsibilities include supporting medication fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations where allowed, and safety compliance while upholding CVS SOPs and a compassionate patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within specified timeframe
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled accurately
• Adhere to SOPs and demonstrate patient care with empathy
• Counsel patients and answer questions under supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Support immunization services and other patient care activities where allowed by law
• Maintain accuracy in inventory, cycles counts, and returns‑to‑stock processes
