Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our Retail pharmacy teams in a structured 120‑day training path. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice under supervision, supporting pharmacists to deliver safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate care.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with immunizations, patient counseling, and SOP adherence while advancing toward licensure and greater responsibilities within the district store network.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Follow SOPs and apply best practices to patient interactions and care.
• Support immunization services and other pharmacist-led patient care activities.
